A series of offsite events in Ukraine aiming at arranging meetings with specialists and local IT sphere representatives to raise brand awareness in the regions. The participants of the events were those who wanted to start working with the company and were thus given an opportunity to come and ask their questions IRL.

We designed the décor of the event, came up with and implemented mobile constructions and branded a bus, and the aforementioned setup was taken from city to city. In each city the same single mobile event venue was set up at some popular city location. Although the event was held outdoors, the event was private, so only those who had registered in advance could participate.
